并于同年在国家知识产权局申请了发明专利，专利号分别为200910054774.1(高密度纤维薄板的生产工艺)和200910200643.X（无甲醛的人造板粘合剂及制作工艺）。
2010年6月16日，国家知识产权局发明专利公报第26卷第24号刊出公示，200910200643.X的发明专利于2012年1月取得国家授权。
2012年“上海振森”在江苏投资年产量为5万立方米的无甲醛高密度板项目，将麦秸秆等废弃农材作物，再生二次循环利用，试制出无胶无甲醛高密度板和各类木质衍生产品，并且达到世界木制品行业的环保最高标准，就是本项目的核心价值。
